Lucky someone put a muzzle on Gas.

Mines a daily drive. Had it for three years now. Absolutely loved it. Its does the daily run to work with abit of Vtec to keep you sharpe in the morning. Ive driven to Italy in it, amazing! and its great for a run on a sunday morning.

Snow. This would be my only concern. Its not that you can use it on snow but in slush i was going now where and got a lift to work or borrowed Kels golf. 52 week per year and only 2-3week of snow so dont let it put you off.

Having said all that alot of people were going nowhere in FWD cars.

Go for it!!
snow is not a problem at all for me.. I'm from Malta - never had snow here :S will enjoy open roof when sunny

anyhow.. you might be wondering why i am on the UK forum and that is because I am looking to purchase the car from Uk since they are not very common on our island, and we also drive on the left side so might as well export it.

Survey s2000, given that you've driven it to Italy.. how much did it costs you and how far did you go?

cheers

CA

Have a look at this tread about our trip.

https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.ph...ic=702011&st=0

We did about 3000miles.

The biggest issue is france! Well travelling across it takes an age. Plus we couldn't read their menu and ended up eating sweat breads. Not to my taste. Thnakfully it wont be an issue for you.

Cost wise it was very expensive but entirely worth it. I didnt do the sums, but id say somewhere between £3-2k.
