The noise my car has been making for a long time has got louder over the last for weeks.

TOday I got under it and with the rear wheels in the air - I let it drive in 5th gear at idle. Managed to locate the noise to the rear of the gearbox, right next to where the prop shaft attached. It seems a bearing has gone

Has anyone ever has this before on an S2000 box? I've not read about it.

Probably easiest to replace with a SH box rather than try and fix it too, especially knowing Honda prices.

Secondary input shaft bearing - plenty of threads about it and what parts are needed ... pm Squeak - she's just had or is in the process of having this done
