I had a claim through Adrian Flux about 8 years ago. Total loss on my last s2000. As others have said they are a broker so it went straight over to the insurer after the initial call. That said I couldn’t fault any step of the claim.

It seems that Hastings may be more a broker that an ins co, looking through the paperwork there is a £20 arrangement fee this suggests to me that the policy is covered elsewhere, still cheaper for me though, especially after I changed the valuation of the car, as long as it upheld in worse case scenario.
