average cost of claim per car, unfortunately the S2000 is usualy bought by driving enthusiasts who drive it hard, a fair percentage of Boxter owners (not all) buy it for the badge and are quite happy to plod along
I think we have all seen the results of the S being driven beyond the car/driver capacity. I called into a local car parts recycler (scrap yard) looking for a couple of small parts the guy behind the counter says"we don't have many parts for the S2000 they are usually completely wrecked"
However, all, please take note, I am no plodder!!!

Most insurance companies require a tracker on a Porsche but not an S2000, I think all Porsches are tarred with the same brush, high on the steel me list.

S2000`s are not stolen as much because there isnt as many of them to be stolen... thats IMO
