Default Intro and Enkei RPF1

Hi All

Been a member for a little while now but thought I would introduce myself properly and ask a question if i may

So, I'm Jason, live in Shropshire, UK and purchased my 2006 Silverstone Grey S2000 GT 3 weeks ago!

Big change for me, as I was rolling around in a 2007 Focus ST for the past couple years fully modified running way to much power for a FWD hot hatch but loved every moment - Although a big change, I'm very impressed with the S2K so far and currently looking at my next modification, wheels!

Have done a lot of research around this subject and fancy a set of RPF1s 17x8 45 Fronts and 17x9 45 Rear - Want to run 215/ 245 tyres too.

Only modification the car has to date in a K&N induction kit; my question is at stock ride right will any front/ rear fender mods be needed such as rolling, pulling, trimming, bumper tab relocate etc?

Cheers,
Jason

Welcome

You probably won't need any rolling but it might rub if you load the car up a lot or really lean it through the corners maybe

It'll look rubbish though with a big arch gap and fancy wide wheels poking out

Cheers guys; coilovers are on the list but if I go for a conservative drop probably going to need arch work.

Thanks for the input

Well, coilovers we have in stock for the S2000.
Depends on your budget and usage, but quite a few choices.

We are also now the UK Distributor for Enkei wheels.
We will be placing an order with Enkei next week, and we also have a 15% discount running until the initial stock arrive (basically a discount for your patient).

So if you want a set of RPF1, now it would be a great time.

Roll the lip off the arches and the wheels will probably clear fine

That and use 225/45 and 255/40 tires instead.
