Thought I’d post before getting the manual out

When I try and lock/unlock my MY2000 S2K the lights flash as normal but the car doesn’t make the locking sound, I assume the relay isn’t firing. Boot release button also doesn’t function.

In you enter the car via the key and press the unlock button on the fob the car starts as normal.

I’ll investigate this weekend when I have time but thought I’d post in the meanwhile to see if anyone else has had the same issue.

FYI: the car had a Hamilton Palmer alarm
