Why not get one of these in the first week you are out there

If I was in your situation and didnt need the cash to have a good time there I would keep it if you are sure you would come back.
If there is a substantial chance you might stay then I would sell before you go as coming back and finding a buyer in a couple of weeks holiday means you might accept an even lower price.
