MB, I think you should check again my previous J's Racing project.

As for the KW Variant 3, we managed to organize a small GB. So, we ordered four sets of them from Demon Tweeks last year. The euro/pound currency exchange was really great for euro back then, and we got them for 1100 pounds shipped to Greece.

I remember myself modifying the air intake port with a Dremel for the 70mm J's Racing ΤΒ. You've got to do that, otherwise the airflow is not good at all.

I was going to do a similar thing just never got round to it, there is still an improvement in airflow even with the small step there.

Just with a dremel? In the past I've seen it done with a vice at an angle due to the butterfly and plate. Did you port the inlet Mani as if not it would be worse due to the lip.

Good stuff Mark, shame you couldn't dyno before heyho.

What's the score with getting an exhaust?

It took me ages to do it with the Dremel, but I used the right tool bit and the rpms were set on maximum (33000 rpms). The result was impressive with a smooth finish for the air flow. I wish I had some photos.

AJ, waiting for one to come up second hand for a good price. I can't see any performance gain other than weight, so it can wait for now.
