painted my brake calipers red! for some reason the calipers look very small! i think the colour only makes it worse!
i think i might paint them black! yeah i did get it from halfords but not the spray stuff!
ps i'm unsure on wot number plates to put on, i have 2!

Well I painted my calipers red and they look great. Tedious job
I did actually use Halfords paint but Hammerite? (sp) Out of the two reds available, I chose the brighter Pillar box colour. I think the bare metal originals look terrible. I like both the numbers if you can afford em

I think that bare metal colour is actually cadmium plating. The heat oxidises it badly.
There is some special German caliper paint the Car Spares, Delamare Road, Cheshunt, Herts, if you're up that way.
That's assuming you have a problem with your current paint in the future.
