On the rays note. After a meet with Mark Turner, I spent the whole afternoon driving, did about 150 miles - but now I look like a complete tw@t. My face is bright red.
Warning to all S drivers today. However good your skin is at absorbing those danger rays (and mine if pretty good after years in it fishing) PUT SOME CREAM ON.
I`m gonna be a right tool in the office tomorrow.....doh.....

Its back on the road...and it starts! Hoorah!
appantly they had to replace the immoboliser ring unit...is that the same as the imoboliser circuit board?
After a conversation to the branch manager on Mon afternoon, my sis informed him how disappointed she was with their customer service that morning and had a bit of a rant to him about how they didn't seem interested whilst we were explaining what the AA tried or suggestions from the S2000 memebers club. Also, when he brought up the "well you didn't buy from us" she said she tried getting a test drive, but they didn't seem interested in arranging one....and this happened on more than one occasion (2 yrs ago and then this time round).
After this conversation the manager must have gone and had a word with the service manager...as when picking up the S this morning, he didn't even look in our direction!
O Well....not going to be taking the S there for its service in 48 weeks time!

I`m completely lost as to why they would take that attitude.
They charge Honda the same as they would charge you. So eitherway it`s payment to them. I advise you vote with you feet and take all trade elsewhere. Just be thankfull your sis DIDN`T buy the car from them.
Now get out an Enjoy!

Perhaps sending a letter to Honda UK explaining the service response you've received, and ask them what their opinion is on the matter.
also, re: chesh's bright red face - ditto. 200 miles with top down, and I thought people were looking at me being cool.
in fact, they were laughing at a human beetroot in a custard coloured car
