Hi Guys

Took the car into the dealer today, it was registered on 01.03.2003 and it has covered just over 700 miles, I

am told it needs a new gearbox so much for 'The Power Of Dreams' this is most

definitely a nightmare not a dream!!!!

 

Thats terrible. What was the problem with the box?

The problem with the box is a noise at low revs <2000 that sounds like gears meshing but louder. Its not terminal but on a car in this price range its not on, saying that I have no probs with the dealer as they have suplied me with a car and they will fit a new box next week, lets hope it lasts longer than the first one.
