Did this the other week. Cost me a magic £1 and time. I reused the copper clips, just recrimped them into place. Hardest bit is taking out the seat. Well worth a try, dont need many tools to get the job done right either.

So when you swap the seats the metal support bolster is on the outside of the foam since there is no slot to put it into? The leather is going to wrap around the metal support?
