Are they not like the pre face lift where you 'double lock' using the keyfob (as in when you park up and leave the roof down)?

Tbh I usually leave the roof down and sometime don't even lock the car

No access to the deck during the flight

Just do as normal, the last "trembler" alarm I had was on a Mk2 Cortina! The only way the alarm would go off is if you leave the top and windows down and some drunken fat bird falls in the car.

I wouldn't do that from Calais or Dunkirk anymore, the buggers are everywhere so wouldn't surprise if they're roaming the deck during the crossing

I asked as my old S4 and the Astons all had sensor alarms for movement of the car and that could be disabled if needed. Good to know that the S2000 doesn't have a car movement sensor, although I now know that someone could tow it away without me knowing!
