Looks like Plod was busy today. The unmarked MPV parked the wrong way round really was really out of order.

I think that most police forces use the 10% plus 2 mph rule most but they are allowed to do you when you are doing 10% more so 33 in a 30 is possible at least this is what the a head traffic cop siad from Avon and Somerset.

 

I know someone who got done for 32 in a 30
