I used piece of black plastic to extend the dash. Just used sticky pads to secure it behind the dash where it overlaps. Drill what you like in the new piece of plastic - I have a single push switch.

I used the blanking plate where the VSA button would normally be, this relies on you having the space/blanking plate and no VSA though

The inserts are cheap to replace also.
