Default window adjustment

Can anybody point me in the direction of a guide with pic's on adjusting passenger side window.Im trying to raise it a little to put more pressure on the soft top rubber seal as a last attempt to stop roof leak.ive loosened the 3 bolts and lifted the glass up a couple of mm and tightened bolts but now when putting the window down when it gets to half way or so it is shuddering and rubbing, and the glass looks out of line when looking ar the weatherstrip on top of the door. The door card is not going back on easily so think I'v messed up somehow
Should i be making the adjustment with the window nearly fully down, all except 3cms, as I've been adjusting the glass with the window nearly fully up as easier access to bolts?

No expert but just to say, perhaps let the local Honda technician sort it like I did, these doors that are frameless rely on the glass being just the right height/angle to ensure a good seal. You've probably noticed that cars like the TT have a feature where the glass drops 5mm upon the door opening/closing then returning to normal height. Ours may have benefited from the same feature.

Page 20-11 onwards in the Service Manual shows you the procedure for adjusting the door glass.
