GLD results tonight

good runs man.. not bad @ all! anyone interested in heading up 2 byron memorial day weekend? or anytime between may 26-31? it's the only time i've got off and i wanna hit the track while i have a chance. i'd rather go 2 gld, but last year they didn't allow my to run after a 13.3 pass. i didn't know convertibles running 13.49 or faster require a rollbar to run. i hear byron is much more lenient so i'll be heading there this year. hopefully looking 2 break in 12's this year (last year was JUST supercharger w/ stock everything else). if anyone's interested, let me kno!

I have never heard of the 13.49 rule for convertibles. Their website says nothing about it and only mentions 11.49 for the roll cage and 13.99 for the helmets.
What he was getting at was that with warmer temps it will be easier for me to bring my 60' times down. It was colder than I'd liked it to have been. A decent sunny 60 ish degree day is often when I do my best.
if he has the exact same mods and does the same launch and shifts he would run slower when it is warmer.

You guys have a death wish for your diffs. Go autocrossing, much less harsh on the car, and a ton more fun. Seriously.

Not to mention I launched my first S2000 probably over 1000 times stock and never had a single issue.

Well, the ring and pinion are from a Miata if that is any indication. Not to hate on Miatas because I still own one, but the diffs aren't made for this kind of power. (I should really be quiet because my Miata puts down way more power than my S2000....) but I baby that diff.
