Caster affects feel more than wear. It will give stronger centering and heavier feel. For autoX (tight turns with a lot of steering angle), there may be a benefit, as bigger caster will unload the outside front a bit on tight corners, particularly with stiffer suspension and front bar. For HPDE, track days, not so much effect on actual handling. Personally, I like to run lowish caster, ~5.5deg. To me, the increased effort in the steering doesn't bring any more feel, seems to reduce feel actually. IMO... I'd say ~5.0 - 6.5 should be fine.

Thrust angle: This should be very close to ZERO on cars with adjustable rear toe. It's basically the difference in rear toe from one side to the other. If you had 0.2 degrees toe-in on the left, and 0.1 toe-in on the right rear, that's 0.05 degrees "thrust angle" pointing to the right. It's the averaged direction that the rears are pointing in.

Forgive my newb question ZDan, but how does your recommended alignment compare with the AP2 stock alignment?
