Default Camber Questions

If it is it looks like mine is already near maxxed out for neg camber, yet that particular wheels is almost perpendicular to the ground. Is this a problem? Will the alignment place be able to add neg camber to that wheel?

Yes, that's the rear camber adjuster.

Something is wrong, that is set to an extreme and the wheel doesn't even have any camber. Wouldn't you think?

I've never closely examined those camber adjusters. Are you sure yours isn't at the other extreme and needs to be turned the opposite way? What does the alignment shop say?
