I've taken a few long drives with these Firehawks and I am very happy. I went from a set of S-04s with pretty worn out fronts, at about 18K miles, to this new set of firehawks. I had an alignment done as well but nothing was out of whack. Its always hard to compare a new set of tires to the old tires - but - I have to say that I like these tires more than the S-04s. The tramlining is gone. The ride is every so slightly more comfortable, the S-04s were on the harsh side. The steering is not quite as heavy feeling as the S-04s and I like that. The car is lively and fun and runs straight and true. I was fighting those S-04s to keep the car from following ruts etc. There is none of that with these tires. Grip seem absolutely fine to me although while I do push it sometimes, I am probably not driving as hard as some. They certainly are good looking tires. But, I don't really care about that. So, all in all, I think these are great tires, probably the best option right now for street tires.
