Default FuzionZRi

Has anyone ran on these tires? Would they be good for high tred as well as performance?

I have a pair and I love them to death. Literally EVERYONE in the florida group has them... The only other tire here are S02's. Not much else. I'd say 95% run the zri's

I use them on my daily driving wheels. Affordable, quiet, reasonable grip, excellent in the rain....they are a good tire (I have the S02s on a extra set of wheels should I want the extra grip). Just make sure to go 245/45 on the rears.

I also heard about the Dunlop Direzza DZ101 that these are pretty good too... I was also thinking bout running 255/40 in the rear and 225/45 in the front. I'm planning to wrap some kind of tires on my CE28N's that should be arriving soon.

I am not a Fuzion fan. Go with the Direzza tire.

Yep , including me ! The Fuzions are good tires for the money , and I have no complaints yet (I'm on my second set).

I use them and I love them. For the price, I have no complaints. I autocross monthly and the tires have always served me well enough to place in the top three in A stock and that requires that I beat a couple of STI's!

^^^^^This is my underlying point.

I was skeptical myself when I bought my S2000 and the ZRis were mounted to the car. I went through the rears, which were at OEM size of 225/50, quickly doing some sliding of the rear end, and in the mean time I bought an extra set of stockie wheels with S02s on them. After running the S02s for a while, I threw down some cash and got new rear ZRis...but 245/45 in size this time (took Jim's accurate advice), and they do very well for what they cost.

I love them for daily use, if I need the superb grip I will just put my other wheels on for some S02 stickiness.
