Default Wheel and tire question.

Looking into buying a set of buddies ap2 v1's. He has 4 rears and 2 fronts. Don't really know which one to do.

Staggered with a 235/40 & 255/40

Or

Square with 255/40's all around

Thanks.

If you can go non staggered then do that. The center bore has to be machined to fit though. These are not exact specs but the front bore is around 70-71mm while the rear is around 68mm. I can't say for certain if 255's will fit up front on this setup. I think it would require some work to the fenders and possibly a spacer. I am drawing a blank about the specs right now. But if you do the non staggered setup you might want to replace your front sway bar.

After looking at the rear specs you should be fine without spacers or a roll

I would go with the square setup, you can find a machine shop to bore out the rears a little. Shouldn't cost much.

If you autocross or plan on autocrossing, then I would say square setup with the supporting mods (sway bar). If you just street it, then I would say go staggered. I have a staggered set of AP1's for the street and a square AP2V1 setup for autox.
