will it fit?

could anyone tell me if i would have to do any type of modification for a 255 in the rear? i have a 02 s2k. Also what is the ideal staggard fitment for this size in the rear?

RL1924 is correct. It depends on the width and the offset of the wheels. Sometimes it even comes down to the alignment setting on the car.
