Default Swapping HID Bulbs - Torx bit

I was reading through some threads about swapping the bulbs and found out that the housing is sealed with a tamper resistant torx style bit, but requires that bit to have a hole/dimple in the center of it.

Does anyone have it? Its similar to a T25/4mm sized torx. Thanks.
