What year is Better?
since i'm looking into getting a S2k i was wondering what your opinions are on which year model is better and why? im looking from 2002 -2004 i want a rear glass window.

I bought my '02 because:
I didn't want to deal with the tranny issues on the '00-'01
I wanted a rear glass window
Didn't have enough money for a new '04
Even if I had enough money for a new '04, I probably would have waited anyway, to see if there were any issues with the '04s that needed to be worked out, a la '00-'01.

I drove a couple of 04's prior to deciding on my 02. I liked the twichy feel of the 9k motor and the earlier suspension. If Solo 2 autocross were my main purpose for having the car I would likely have gone for the 04 as I suspect the increased low end torque will be an advantage there.
