I really wouldn't read too much into this type of article.

He's just having a bad season, and he did say both before and after the race in Japan that he struggled with the cars setup. It's hard nowadays to really know if a drivers losing his mojo, because having the best car with the right setup is everything. You can be the fastest driver in the World, but if your car's no good then you'll be at the back. The fact he's quick in Korea suggests he still knows what he's doing

I think having JB in the same car doing so well is knocked him for six. He's not used to having a decent team mate.

Well written article but I fear people read too much into one poor performance and one race, sure this season has been crap for Lewis but I also think the media and his team are much to blame. There is so much pressure on Lewis which Jensen just doesn't have, not quite sure why the media are so fixated by Hamilton...although it is probably to do with the 'soap factor' that follows him. He is always upsetting someone or saying something daft whereas the other drivers are more reserved. But this is what I like about Hamilton, whilst the other drivers are corporate and professional, Hamilton harks back to how drivers used to behave back in the golden age.

I think that at times he acts a little too closely to his idol, Senna and takes rather silly, risks, which unlike Senna are completely uncalculated and just end up worse for Hamilton. On the other hand, that Senna-esque attitude he has to F1 also brings some amazing drama, overtaking moves and a stinking attitude that we all secretely love.

I think Jensen and Lewis complement each other nicely and I doubt Lewis has much to worry about as Whitmarsh knows this.

Tell us something we don't already know. I think he's well out of his depth now and it really shows.
A video from 5 years ago does show that.

Massa starts ahead of Alonso again tomorrow. In fact he starts ahead of everybody who doesn't have a McLaren or RedBull. Not bad for a number 2 driver completely out of his depth. And I bet he'd have smiled if he'd got pole.

Hamilton seems very focused for the race, and showing Button who is boss too. Barring silly mistakes, rushes of blood, Hamilton will win, JB second, Teflonso third. Actually I think this will be a proper 'mixed' up race, I just have a feeling it will be a bit of a lottery but will stand by my prediction which will be nice for the constructors championship (not that I care much about the team championship really, but it would be great to see Mclaren take that from RedBull for sure) ... Maclaren need to be ahead of RBR at the end of the race in points to keep the championship alive I think ... anyway should be a good race.

I think JB for the win again tomorrow.

Lewis will be too hard on his tyres.

Why can't we have civilised start times for the sport this weekend I'm knackered and it's only Saturday night, I had a 20 minute nap in the back of van at work this morning to keep me going.

Interesting you say that, Pirelli are apparently bringing an 'experimental' tyre to this race, preparing the compound for next years races early. 10 - 12 laps is where the super soft reputed limit will be .. we'll see !
