And nobody else seems to have a problem.
Or is it the Red Bull Aussie curse?

Or at least nobody else has said they have a problem.

I think we'd better get used to Mercedes-Mercedes-Red Bull-Red Bull, because that's going to be how things are for a while.

From Sniffpetrol's twitter feed (always an amusing way to watch the race):
It's a little known fact that the person in charge of assembling and signing off the second Red Bull is Sebastian Vettel.
More amusement here: https://twitter.com/sniffpetrol

Luckily for you, you didn't waste another 90 mins of your life.

I will never get those minutes back!

BTCC was good, and will keep watching Moto GP.

The BBC team tried manfully to inject some excitement into this miserable excuse of a "race".

It seems that F1 is so far up its own arse and so bedazzled by technology, that they have completely forgotten the definition of the word "race"

"To compete with another or others to see who is fastest at covering a set course"

It is not to see who can manage their fuel, tyres, team orders, legal appeals and a myriad of other restrictions.

F1 is in a death spiral as a spectator sport.

F1 is an example of "Those whom God wishes to destroy, he first deprives of their senses."(Euripides)

I hate to keep banging on with the same point, but what sport have you been watching? Formula 1 has always been about fuel, tyres, team orders, legal appeals and a myriad of other restrictions, as indeed is every form of motor racing including BTCC and Moto GP. Yet you keep coming back and watching, and then moaning how it isn't like your entirely imagined fantasy past.

And I can only assume MB is strapped down in front of the TV with his eyelids forced open like Alex from A Clockwork Orange.

It was a boring race. But it's sport. All sport is dull quite often, and occasionally exciting, which is why we watch. If you're turning on expecting a Hollywood action film, then clearly you've made a mistake.

What would you like to see done differently?
