some cars are uninsurable without a tracker - so it just goes under the category of 'one of those things'

I'm pretty sure there would have to be exceptional circumstances for me to want a car back if it had been nicked

so it's really just for the insurer's benefit

bit like the old scam when borrowers paid a mortage insurance guarantee on behalf the only beneficiary - the lender.....
