) ... if you have a contract, it is VERY unlikely that they will be able to make you move to a specific company ... unless they are prepared to see your contract out to the end of its validity, it will probably be cheaper for them to allow you to brake the contract early ... if they are not prepared to see it through to the end of its validity, THEY will be in breach of contract and you could possibly claim against them .... Please note that I am NOT a lawyer and I am not in the (great 'ol) US of A and I often don't know what the hell I am talking about
