Phew!

I'm strangely all for it, so long as we begin to teach that our military is the strong arm of diplomacy, and not the reason to get up and fap in the morning.

ROTC from an Ivy League school may be better in some instances than the military colleges themselves. Gen. Odierno being an excellent example.
