Ohhh! Barring that, just try the warm pasta salad variant:

Penne, Bacon, Sundried Tomatoes (or cherry tomatoes), spinach, black olives, and onions. Toss in some olive oil and reggiano and enjoy!

I've been doing a bit more cooking lately as part of the "UT gets thin" crusade.

Tonight: Tuna Fish and cotija in whole wheat pasta.
