Oh they are very different. Pecorino Romano is a tad salty, pecorino means goat in Italian so made with goats milk in its original form. Parmigiano Reggiano is a very strictly controlled cheese from Italy, made from cows milk from a specific region of Italy. If made from North American sources it is labelled as parmesan cheese, not nearly as good, only the authentic stuff can be called Parmigiano Reggiano .

Three and a half pieces of pizza with pepperoni, onions, olives, mozzarella, provolone and cheddar. So good, I put some olive oil and garlic and italian seasoning in the pan crust came out great.

Yeah me too. We used to eat Ricotta slathered on a piece of fresh Italian bread. I like Ricotta mixed with spaghetti salt and black pepper, simple quick pasta recipe.

I really like Ricotta too but never buy it as they only sell it in big tubs and when I have bought it most of it ends up going bad.

I'm kinda a Ricotta snob it NEEDS to be Whole Milk

I have to when I see someone using Cottage Cheese in place of it like in Lasagne

Not easy to find right now since I am not popping into grocery stores
One of our stores usually has a quality Whole Milk in the Deli
Trader Joes has a decent one and Whole Foods
I think Sprouts also carries a good one.
