LOL Oh no, I'm really quite paranoid. That's why I have all my music backed up on CDs and DVDs.

THATS exactly what I wanted to do but for some reason it didnt delete um off my pod guess I did it rong ESO

Mom... you wanted iTunes to erase your iPod?

Make sure you tell iTunes to sync on connect. Also make sure your iTunes library is empty. Then plug the iPod in and it should automatically delete everything off of the iPod...
