The other thing I'd like to have at DBR 2008 is a stocked car wash area. Wonder if we could even have folks to do "quick washes." Not detailing necessarily, but just quick wash and dries.

I typically have NO room for Zaino and the like...so I end up either borrowing other products at the event or buy some at a local Robbinsville store.

Besides, I'm typically exhausted from driving and would rather socialize than wash my car.

Should be a local charity. Giving back for all of the heck we raise out there twice a year.
Good call. Some kind of fundraiser would be a great idea. I'm gonna have some free time over the next several months, so if there's interest, I'd be willing to help out.

I'll have to remember to SHARE my beer with a friend next time.... The beer swap was great, but the hangover that ensued until noon Saturday was NOT worth it! I blame the home brew in the keg, which I will not even attempt to spell because I can barely pronounce it. Even my Celebrex miracle remedy didn't work against that hangover!!!

That home brew keg was awesome! good stuff, but yea I had trouble giving my beer away, my wife Christina was pretty much forcing it on people haha. I ended up with way to much leftover beer in my trunk on the way home.

There are several good Graham County (Fontana village is in Graham) charities in there... I'm partial to food banks or domestic violence type causes, since they tend to help kids more than anything.

How about a BBQ, and beer swap together. That way we can keep everyone at the same place.

Good idea. I'm thinking about a BBQ (Roast Pork) for Saturday's lunch...so it may be too much pork...lol! However, I like the idea of roast pork, etc (BBQ) on Friday night and then maybe burgers and dogs on Saturday.
