There are several good Graham County (Fontana village is in Graham) charities in there... I'm partial to food banks or domestic violence type causes, since they tend to help kids more than anything.
Thanks for finding that. I'm also partial to the kid focused charities.

Excellent idea. Maybe an auction with the proceeds donated. Let's give back to the people that need it most.

I was thinking using the Poker Run and having a Putt Putt contest in conjunction with the Beer Swap. Have a minimal entry fee for each and donate all proceeds to a charity. An auction would be a whole lot to organize IMHO.

He can't heel and toe yet.

We're still teaching him in the Oddy.

Good idea. I'm thinking about a BBQ (Roast Pork) for Saturday's lunch...so it may be too much pork...lol! However, I like the idea of roast pork, etc (BBQ) on Friday night and then maybe burgers and dogs on Saturday.

I think the beer swap is still a good idea. We can defiantly set it up better than last time and learn from the one at the dragon. I really did feel like I was forcing beer on people. I think signs would of helped like stating what you had and where it was from. Just my two cents.

^ True...I had some beer that was great...but had to put it down to attend to "customers" at the t-shirt table...when I returned, the beer was gone and I couldn't remember the damn name.

I deff wanna do the poker run next time. It looked like alot of fun.

The stocked car wash thing is a good idea too, I didnt like the idea of washing my car with dish wash soap and dirty old towels that fontana had.

I can wait for DBR
