LMAO!! I think you are actually turned around...I don't see you...but I think you are the one in the back wearing the hat backwards.
I'm pretty sure I'm not in the picture, actually.

There are several good Graham County (Fontana village is in Graham) charities in there... I'm partial to food banks or domestic violence type causes, since they tend to help kids more than anything.
Great idea. I couldn't make WTD, but I am in to help on a project like this for DBR.

Good idea. I'm thinking about a BBQ (Roast Pork) for Saturday's lunch...so it may be too much pork...lol! However, I like the idea of roast pork, etc (BBQ) on Friday night and then maybe burgers and dogs on Saturday.
Ummmm... Saturday lunch plans can be problems..... some of us may be out on other drives.....

I would plan activities for Fri and Sat evenings.......

I had several people enthusiastically recommending their offerings to me. I had no problem with that or with sampling anything that was offered. There wasn't a bad beer in the place, including the PBR.

(Beer is like sex...sometimes its good, sometimes its great...but it is hardly ever bad.)

+1 for doing something for charity. I'd like to see us do something for folks in that area since most of them are so nice, pulling over and all.

How about a BBQ, and beer swap together. That way we can keep everyone at the same place.
I originally thought this might be a good idea as well.... except..

you've turned the bbq to a 21 and over event. I don't know how many people we have that are under 21, but I'm pretty sure the Event Organizers do not want to risk having the event be closed because we accidentally had someone underage in the area.

Excellent idea. Maybe an auction with the proceeds donated. Let's give back to the people that need it most.

I definitely agree... Giving back to the community would be a great idea.

Poker run was GREAT.

Beer swap was good, but I know there was a conflict with the catering for the welcome reception. I'd rather have the beer swap though.

I think an informal car show would be cool. I'd say everyone that isn't entered in the car show, is a judge.

I think the beer swap was awesome, and if people would just be encouraged to make mod sheets and hang them in the car, that would make a great replacement for a "show."

I think judging the cars would create more losers then winners and might create some unnecessary negativity.

Let's give back with a donation based poker run and putt putt contest. I would have the putt putt contest Friday eve in conjunction with the beer swap. Right around 9:30 PM.
