Hmmmmm, I have no doubt the players are flying off the shelves given the number of ~$100 deals on BF. Odd that the HD DVD sales themselves didn't match up....

I saw that statement from Sony. Interesting stuff, who knows which one is "winning"

Seeing as I haven't invested in a high end player yet for either, I'm still waiting to see who wins (but buying blue ray discs in the mean time

)

I don't have a high-end player either. The A1 and A3 are not high-end by any stretch. The PS3 sucks even with the firmware upgrade.
