I can take the illogical responses just fine. The thing pissing me off is you and your buddy ruining what was suppose to be a thread about my first impression of driving an s2k. you just thought that since your having a bad day or your just in general an asshole that you would flame and try to grasp at some reality of why your acting like an asshole. If you don't have anything nice to say...then don't say anything.

I simply stated "what i noticed about the car". I didn't go overboard like you, hell i wasn't trying to diss the car i want to buy. i said the interior was small, i didn't say it rudely, it was labaled "things i noticed". the only thing that could be taken as a diss was vtec wasn't to impressive. I was just stating i thought it would hit harder. Still it was an observation... not a direct assault on the car i would like to purchase. go kick the dog so you feel like you one up'd someone for the day whats next, childish name calling? oh you already started with the Master S2k

 

nah that was fine, just the side room for my elbows. Im not clostrophibic but i did feel like it till i popped the top. My head looked like it would hit the road if the car flipped. people that could cut me off or something down the road, you never know. Just something that worries me a bit. thanks for getting this thread back on the possitive side

I've been around long enough to realize I don't know everything, and who cares who likes what kind of car, you want everyone to drive YOUR favorite car? I bet 10 minutes later you'd be out getting something else.

Elitism has it's place, somewhere, but not here, there's nothing that special about our cars. Most of the people in the world wouldn't even like one. Personally I think it's the greatest car I'VE ever owned but wouldn't bag someone who had a different opinion. I'm also betting that I'll own a differrent car someday that I'll like better than the S, doesn't mean I won't still like the S.

People who spout off usually end up w/their foot in their mouth eventually, especially young ones who think they know EVERYTHING.

Seriously though, the shifter should be silky smooth when warmed up. If not there may be an issue there. I would be concerned about the indicator too. I would think anyone who changes their oil would also reset the indicator, no? Could point to neglect.

the s2k shifter isnt smooth...its DIRECT.

it is a notchy tranny, but mentioned in many top car magazines, it is one of the finest shifting tranny's ever built.

oh, by the way, its VSA, not VSC.
