Hey all!
I traded in my 01 prelude(prelude-online member) for a s2000 not too long ago and i somewhat stumbled onto the boards!

Its a 2005 NFR with ~29k on the clock. The car was originally from El Paso Tx and Im in Dallas (any good d-town s2k meets?)
Got it from the dealership with a 100k warranty and they did the 30k service beforehand!

I had a few problems with the trunk leaking - took it in and they replaced the top and rain rails, still did not fix the problem so i took it home and newspapered the trunk and found a hole drilled out by the passenger taillight.... im kind of curious as to why this would be drilled out... but needless to say i filled it in with some silicone and no more water :-D

Anyways other than that everything seems to be awesome with the car! Anything that i should be looking out for/checking to make sure everything is in tip-top condition mechanically?

well they already did the 30k maintenance and i paid for the extended warranty.

deal was they paid off the prelude (gave me >7k for it) and i got the s2k for ~23k w/ 2k down ;D

 

eh you could have done better...

 

how much are 05's going for?
