Any good 06 lease deals? Something like 2000-3000 down and 299 a month for 3 years?
It should easily be possible to get a lease number like that but I would ask for 299 with NOTHING due at signing if I were you. They need to move the 2006'sw. You are in a good position with the 2007s coming in that have no new features...

Just for some people to know, i recieved an offer of 29,622 from boch honda. Just a figure i wanted to post up and share for people who might be looking for one. Though its not that bad of a deal, im still looking for a better price. I'm going to try to get it to 28,000 since i just saw someone post they got theres for 28000 around this time last year.
Deals that low are rare. Being near 29K is damn good. I'd jump on it.

The lowest I've ever quoted on an 05 was 28000, in Feb. of 2006. Remember now the MSRP on the 06 increased by 900 compared to 05. So if you are in the low 29's right now, it's a pretty good deal.

I just picked up a 2006 GPW in Bay Area (NORCAL) for 30,088 using carsdirect. I was quoted 29,500 over the phone for Reds. I paid 600 more for white. I called a lot of dealerships and was not able to find any whites (didnt see too many blacks or silvers either).

Hey everyone. I just spent like 7hrs at Honda of Oakland dealing for 07 BB. After hours of talking to sales guys and sales managers, I got offered this:

33k for the car, 5k down, with 699/month.

Shin- Apretty good deal if the 33k includes tax/tag. If not, I'd keep looking.
The price you were quoted is almost exactly what I paid for an '06 (32.7k) with tax/tag but considering MY's and normal price increases, $33k seems to me at least a better than average deal.
Not everyone is able to get the absolute best price as a few others here have stated but we can come close and still have a feeling that the deal was a good one.
If you've found the car that you like, take it.

Hello eveyone, I am a newbie checking in and posting my deal, or possibly lack thereof. I am looking at an allegedly untitled "new" MY05 s2000. The current price is 29k OTD. Are there any concerns I should be aware of? i have noticed that finding these MY05's on the lot is not unheard of, any input is welcome and appreciated.

^ It would help if you post which state you live in and how much tax you have to pay. Post price before taxes.
