Tommy, thank you for your input on this thread. I do not know who your Authorized dealers are, and perhaps you can PM me with the list and i will specify who i purchased it from. it was not from you and i have never mentioned it was from you.
Why not just say who you bought the exhaust from, or better yet, talk to them and see if they can have it reparied.
If you are a original owner of a defective (rattling) exhaust I suggest you:
a)Write a formal complaint to Autobacs (ASM)
b)Contact the place you purchased it, and work out warranty issues there.
c) Start and express your concerns in a thread.
There needs to be some accountability taken for parts like this. If you are not an original owner, like myself, poor quality and craftsmanship is now your problem. You will need to find a shop who is willing to do the repairs,. If you are in SOCAL you can get a professional opinion and repairs done by:
Good luck to all.

However, if you didn't purchase the item from us or one of our authorized dealers, then that the price you pay when you purchase grey-market parts.

We (as a distributor) cannot be liable to parts purchased from non-authorized sources or grey-marketers. This policy applies to almost all consumer products. It's like buying a digital camera at the swap meet and trying to exchange it at Best Buy.
