Yah, what I'm dealing with is pretty similar to what you see when you stomp on it at idle. But for me, its not just idle, its any time TPS is less than 10%.

What kind of accel fuel settings are you using for your tune?
You're using AEM right?

Hypothetically speaking...

I were to order the Jenvey kit from Fuji Racing tomorrow and AEM EMS, what else would I need to get my car running?

I understand I need parts for the fuel system since thats the one area troubling me with this potential install.

isn't jimmy giving you the fuel rail and FPR? if so, all you need is to modify the oem fuel lines.... cut the banjo and replace with a coupler to extend the hose to the FPR (depends where you mount it) for both supply and return.

i dont know if you ordered injectors from him too, if not then RC injectors are fine.

good luck.

AEM EMS with wideband, 440cc Pico Injectors, Catch Can with breather tank.

Jimmy includes everything else (fuel pressure regulator, vacuum can, fuel pressure gauge, map sensor hook up...)

Oh and vacuum lines, you'd need to add those as well... (and have Jimmy cut the horns to fit the bodies, unless you want to do that yourself)

Where did you get those filters you were using?
Does Fuji supply the vacuum block, or ill need to get that on my own also?
What do you mean buy cutting the horns?

Did Steve PM you yet? I referred him to you.

Didn't you see my filter thread? I went to lots of supermarkets and finally found a tempura strainer at an asian supermarket that fit perfecly - JDM YO

Yes Fuji provides the vacuum block.

The ideal size horns run into eachother because our engine is small/cylinders too close so you have to actually cut the horns to fit.

Got his PM thanks.

oh cool, yeah for fuel that's what you need... but for the rest yeah it is included, vacuum block, tps, map sensor adapter, etc. you just need to be creative when installing it. hopefully you order the kit with the throttle linkage. if not, you have to make your own mount to fit the stock cable or use the new cable which is additional work.

also when you order the kit, it comes with the jenvey foam filter which doesnt fit... he does have a screen filter though to filter big particles.... it goes in between the tb and the horns, i have em.
