i just want to let you guys know that if i hit 230+ on the 9th i'll be closing this thread. i might start a new "i want 240rwhp na" thread, but sadly i might be done NA tuning after the 9th. my new exhaust is just so damned loud that i cant take it anywhere that longer than an hour away or i am deaf for the next hour. most likley it will be sold and i'll go back to a dual, thinking HKS or something quiet but noce sounding. if i hit 230 WITHOUT a header and major tuning(EMS) i'll have proved my point. my point being that the F20/22 make power with simple NA mods, just like the K series.

yes my plans for the future have changed. i was goint to boost the s2, but i have finally started to give into a car that i have wanted even before the s.......the NSX. i'll hang onto the s2, becuase i love it, i really do, but if a NSX pops up that i can get for a good deal, then the s2 will be sold.

***edited because some people can't read the humor between the lines...***

Basically, keep this thread alive. It's a good reference.

Two totally different beasts, the S and the NSX. Had and sold a '93. Miss it dearly for the "pimp" factor and solid feel. You shouldn't apologize for or hesitate to purchase one. Good luck on your search.

and eliminate those that can tune at sea level and colder temps and low humidity and smaller tires/wheels and...

Dear gawd, unless folks dyno at the same time at the same location, how the heck can one know his/her numbers are legit? You don't, so there's no sense in adding qualifiers.

ok i'll keep the thread open, if you go back to page like 35 i think you'll find that i tried to keep a list of the top then most powerful NA s2k's IN THE WORLD!

i'll start a 240 thread, if i dont hit 230 then i guess this thread is good for another 50 pages!!

oh and FF, i get to dyno at 76ft above sea level at right around 70 degrees, eat your heart out!!

i hope i gain 9rwhp from my new 70mm, its a great design, minimal bends and headerback design. we'll see. i can tell my low end is hurt from it, but at 5k plus the ass dyno says its better than my old spoon.

Making the world dumber one post at a time

There is only one particular dynapack that reads high in this forum ,not all dynapacks read like that .

We dyno'd Hardtop Guy's NSX at the Nor'Easter and got the same numbers as he did on a Dynojet .

Oh and by the way , our 271whp motor was not stroked

You guys make me laugh
the reason dynapack have the stereotype of reading high is because 90% of them do. true if set up correctly you can get them to read mustang/dynojet numbers but that is a rairty.

so no, hes not making the world dumber one post at a time, hes simply stating a well recieved stereotype.

i am glad we make you laugh, the feeling is mutual.
