Yea, I worked for a couple of different Energy Management (controls) contractors through the years, mostly with my family business. I currently engineer the controls packages we install into schools / government sites all over southwest florida. I've been working in the field now for long enough, that I have some very decent connections made with some very large engineering firms that are chomping at the bit for me to finish my degree

I currently rep the Automated Logic product line, as the accounts manager and application engineer of Boyd Brothers Service, Inc.

I do alright, but I want more. This degree will allow me the opportunity to acquire that "more"
Sounds like you've thought it all through well from beginning to end. A couple extra zeros added to the end of that paycheck won't hurt with a degree in your field.

I thought about going the same route as yourself and taking a year or two off, but I'm probably the least beggest fan of school and just want to get it out of the way first. Plus I figure the younger I finish the better.

It's a bit hard working and going to school at the same time, and on top of that having such a pricey hobbie(dam s2000's ).

after getting a job in my field I'll probably want more too, so masters here I come.

How is the NSX similiar to the S2000?
I can tell you from my experience with both cars. Both the NSX and s2k have the same acceleraion down low. It's up top where the nsx begins to shine above the S. The fun factor is there for both cars, and handling is very similar(I mean in feel and overall response). I'll give the more nimble feel to the s though, but thats only because I haven't drivin annsx long enough to do a really good comparison. steering response on both cars is amazing. The nsx feels a lot more planted and firm during while turning, and the s feels more loose.

wish I could get more time behind the wheel of an nsx again

I am heading to the track this Friday (1/8 mile). With this new exhaust I should be able to shave off a few tenths from my time. My last exhaust seemed to lose its "umph" after about 7500 rpms. With this exhaust my S pulls nicely to 8300 in each gear.
Have you ever ran it at the track? Best M.P.H I have gotten was 82.
