I have a pretty good feeling that my car would do ~170 if it wasn't gear limited. When I got up to 150 (hitting the rev limiter in 6th) I still felt some power left to be unleashed.
that wouldnt happen, sorry

Ok i just dynoed my car at RT Tuning in Lansdale, PA. It was on a dynojet. My car has a Comptech intake, berk test pipe, and Amuse R1 single. This is the worst dyno evAr!! WTF happened. 186 HP??? Isn't the 132 Torque figure a bit high if the HP was only 180??

Different dynos rate power differently...only things that really matter on dynos are the changes (when using the same dyno) due to mods...nothing else really matters.

58% humidity is bad? Damn it feels crisp to me, I'm used to 80%+ over here I have no idea why, but this heat has just sat in our area the past few days, even though most of last week the highs were in the low 50's. Weird...

A few other things maybe I should have noted: The humidity was probably because it was inside the shop which is sort of underground, but it isn't the biggest shop and theres a lot of stuff in there (kind of congested).

Also, I was driving the car around for about 3.5 hours straight before getting it strapped on the dyno. Idk if that matters at all...

Most of the time, humidity/altitude should not be a factor on dyno's...most all of them are corrected for these factors, they are typically corrected for sea level with standard day temps and humidity. 58% is not bad at all in my opinion, 80% is a high, but 50-60% is standard for most any coastal region.

Could it just have been a bad run, or maybe the dyno needs to be serviced? It's weird because the torque figure looks ok, IDK what happened with the HP...

your curves look accurate, and your numbers reflect that of an AP1 that's got some time under its belt. Your engine is in need of a good once over...new fuel filter, spark plugs, a top engine treatment (honda's stuff or seafoam, your choice), new pcv valve, injectors cleaned, and is desperately in need of some heat soak medicine. I strongly suggest a Hondata intake manifold gasket. A valve adjustment wouldn't hurt to bad either. Your power peaks off where most un-tuned AP1's do, right around 8200 rpm. My peak was there before I got it tuned as well. You rev to 9 grand, you need to lean out your fuel maps in the upper rpm's, richen them up in the "just before vtec" range, and drop vtec about 300 rpm. You can do all this with a VAFC. To unlock some serious power, you need a 'puter that can adjust timing, but right now, concentrate on some maintenance, and a tune. You'll get a much nicer number, and a more linear curve as well.
