Default question for mugen hardtop owners...

I just installed my hardtop I bought from a fellow board member in So Cal. AFter installing it I see that my trunk hits the back of the top on the passenger side when open almost all the way. Do you guys know how I might remedy this?

That will lower the top? That is essentially what I need to do. I need the top lowered about 1/8".

Can you take a pic of what you are talking about? Also won't that misalign the trunk? just wondering.

I actually just came back from kragen. I found some rubber bump stops that pressure fit over the factory ones. Worked great and thanks for the tips and help.
