I have the Lucid Multi-Radio DCI installed in S.

Get it here.

i bought one for fifteen bucks so that i could install my 01 HU into my beater.. you need 70-1721 from you new HU to the factory plug.. the only thing is your dash controls won't work unless you get a pac unit

here's the link

whoops just read that you want the dash controls - you WILL need a pac unit.. find Pinky as he did mine (sorry don't remeber the cost)

a PAC is 50-60 bucks + Generic Harrness 15 = 75.

Lucid's DCI is 85 and includes the harness.

If the dash controls are important to you, then anything short of the DCI will leave you wanting. The way the PAC functioned for us sucked. The delay was a pain as well as the limited functions. The DCI adds 2x the functions over stock. I replaced my PAC for the DCI and trashed the PAC.

I also found that the generic harnesses lacked the Mute and Dash control leads so I had to replace it with Lucid's Harness.

Take my advise, buy the DCI and harness combo from Lucid, you will thanks me for it.

If you want old, used and discarded, I still have the PAC and the Harness I will sell you

Stratocaster thanks for the info... when you say generic harness.. are you referring to the wires to install an aftermarket deck? If so.. I already have that, so all I need is the converter right?

Thanks for the help...
