clarkster, I was the silver BMW that waves to you around 4-4:30 yesterday as you were driving on some roads near SP. Sorry I missed you at the track.

 

Ah dang ok! I finished my sessions and headed out. Hopefully i'll get to catch up with you another time. But you are moving soon right?

On a side note, I just spun out in the wet this morning...that was an experience!

Apparently you guys took the canopy from Eric's neighbor...

 

Hope they weren't planning on using it over the weekend

 

Wait, what happened? hahaha

 

When Ron went to Eric's camp area on Fri - Eric thought he'd unloaded my canopy and told Ron it was at the back of his trailer. Ron apparently grabbed what was back there - which was canopy that had been unloaded by the guy next to Eric. I think my canopy was still on the trailer

So on Sat night, the guy next to Eric mentioned that he thought someone had taken his canopy

 

Hahaha...I didn't know until I saw Eric on Sunday afternoon. I was wondering the whole time, how can you fit that big canopy on your car. Anyways, the owner was cool, he was just happy it was not stollen and his canopy returned, Eric and I apologized to him. Eric, still has your canopy and regardless of what happened we still thank you because we would not have a huge canopy if it wasn't for you.

We were full most of the time and thanks to all that came by, Aaron and wife stopped by, Jason's wife was there too, Kevin's GF came Sunday, Keith our moral support crew was there both days. Thanks Keith for all the those chairs and for helping me out on the car. And the man himself was there Saturday, Skip! It's good to see you man, even though you are now a Bimmer guy. Thanks to Mani also for checking us out, you are looking as ever.

Had a great weekend with a great instructor, Mhyar. Now I need racing seats and harness to hold me down because he maid me faster that weekend.

It was great to see a track friend also, Thai (F1honda) the salesman and is now an Evo guy.
