Yep, if you follow the paddock road all the way till it dead ends (right by the entrance to the skidpad), a bunch of us usually park back there. It's nice because it's usually not too crowded.

You camping and bringin the trailer out?? Nice.. if that's the case I'll pack light and just borrow your jack and tools..
Yea man. I probably won't bring a ton of tools but will have the jack and stands for sure.

I saw in Rob's thread that this is your first event. Watch a ton of YouTube videos of the track before the event. This track is a lot of fun but also very technical. It took me most of the first day just to remember where the turns go.

Just signed up to instruct at Shenandoah. See you guys there!
My buddy that you met at summit last month will be out in his 350z. Also his wife and my gf are coming out, so your wife will have some other females to hang out with this time.

sweet man I'll see you guys there. And do you guys paddock near big bend?

theres a lot of good resources for this track. I think one of the club's has an instructional track video for it. This track is great for our s2000's, pretty much faster than most other cars here.

Agreed. If ever there was a track made for the S2000 this would be it.

Is this your first time on track? If so definitely take the first day to get more comfortable on track, and really practice looking ahead/watching the flag stands and having fun. Later in the day on your first day or even second day you can think about going faster (don't force it though, it'll just happen naturally as you follow what your instructor says). I remember my first track day, it was at Shenandoah 3 yrs ago at this event.

If you can it wouldn't hurt to request one of these guys in this thread as your instructor and ask them for a ride along as I think a ride along helped me the most (so you can relax a little and follow their line). My name is Mike.

Just be careful - it can be unforgiving if you mess up. My first impression when I drove the track was holy crap there are a lot of walls. Plus, I saw a car go over the top of the carousel because he went in too hot last time I was there.
