Here are some pictures I took from Sunday. Apologies as I'm no pro photographer and the first several shots are crappy as as the lighting was poor in the morning, but they might be salvageable with some post work and they all could use some cropping.

A few nice ones with non-moving objects is easier. I snapped a few pictures at the end of the day right before I packed up. Everyone else was gone..

And the real reason he's so fast.. the power of JDM! :

If anyone is interest, I'll be running this Monday with NavyTrev at Summit with TT4C. Its $260 for 7 sessions and only about 7 cars are registered.

Here's a video of my fastest laps of the day. The data sucks as I mentioned before because I didn't realize till the day was over that I wasn't using the data from the obd2 and external gps module.

I've never heard of TT4C but just checked their website.. I guess the price is now $310 as it's within 10 days of the event? Nice to know there are even more orgs, I need to write them down to keep track of them.

For what it's worth, HC uses a spec tire that has nowhere near the grip offered by the Hoosier R6/7 or A6/7. That, and time trials laps are, in my opinion, easier to run since your competitors aren't trying to dive bomb or pass for position.

Oh i know, it was half joking, taking nothing away from brains driving but it is not comparing exqual setups. I was just trying to get a ballpark of what some really good laptimes on Shenandoah are.

Plus Shenandoah is pretty much only HPDE these days. Notice how all those records are like 10 years old

Hey all. I met a bunch of you but can't remember anyone's name. I was the blue s2000, just about all stock. First time out on the track and it was terrifying and fun at the same time. I hope to see you all around this summer at some other track events.

Thanks for the photos Mike!
interesting to see the old track records. I wish NASA and SCCA would keep these updated and easy to find. And I agree that Hoosiers are definitely faster than HC's spec tire.
